Click pop-ups
Where hovering is for quick scanning, a click pins information in place so it stays put while you read. Click any county to open its pop-up; click the map background to dismiss it.

Pop-ups anchor to the feature you clicked and travel with the map as you pan
and zoom — useful when a viewer wants to compare two places or keep a reference open.
